As customer success manager you ensure that our customers can quickly and properly get started with FlexWhere, one of our software products. You help customers with successful implementations and use of the system FlexWhere.
In short: you are an important point of contact for our customers. Both by phone, email and on location (if needed). Before, during and after the software deployment.

  • Planning, coordinating, and executing implementations of FlexWhere in consultation and cooperation with the account manager FlexWhere, the support department and the relevant client organizations.

  • Providing solicited and unsolicited advice to the FlexWhere account manager, management and the Development & support department on possible improvements and enhancements to the FlexWhere system.

  • In addition, you will be fulfilling the proactive support role and advising the customers of the FlexWhere product.

    Who are you?

  • MBO/HBO education, preferably in ICT.

  • At least 2 years of experience.

  • Fluent in Dutch and German.

  • Can work well together within an international team, focusing activities together with others towards a common goal.

  • Open & honest, respect and trust.
