What will you do?
As a Support employee, you are the indispensable link between users, developers and account managers. You are responsible for analysing customer questions and handling requests from start to finish, supported by your technical colleagues. At Dutchview, we do not work with targets or maximum call times, our only target is a satisfied customer.
You will mainly be working for our software application FlexWhere, but helping out your team with Ed Controls is also part of the job. Both of these applications are used in the B2B market. Our apps are used daily by thousands of customers at home and abroad.
Within FlexWhere, one of the things you will focus on is assisting newly entering clients. So you do not have to bring in the customers, but you support the process of implementation.
Who are you?
You feel responsible for the customer and your service-mindedness ensures that the customer is helped as quickly and as well as possible. You enjoy working in an international environment and keep a cool head during stressful situations. You are ambitious and keen to develop yourself.
What do you bring?
A college education or MBO thinking level
You like helping customers, via email or phone and have an affinity with software;
You have problem-solving skills and are a good listener.
You have excellent command of the Dutch and English languages, both verbally and in writing;
Having a good command of the German language is a plus.
You are available for 32 hours.
